Tracey Carle Tracey started with Nuthall Adjusters in March of 2016. This follows her retirement from the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia after over 27 years of claims adjusting. Tracey specializes in adjusting automobile accident claims. She brings over 25 years of handling bodily injury claims, both litigated and non-litigated. She works all aspects of claims handling, from liability assessments, scene investigations, witness interviews and statements through to injury handling and settlement negotiations. Tracey has excellent communication skills and easily connects with customers for a positive claims experience. She is enthusiastic, quick witted and has a very strong work ethic. |

Lori Nygaard Lori joined our team in July 2017, after her retirement from the Insurance Corporation of BC following 37 years of claims adjusting and dispute resolution. Lori was an adjuster for 22 of those years and was in the dispute resolution department handling liability disputes for 15 years. She has extensive training and experience in both of these areas. Lori has the qualifications to handle all aspects of accident claim investigations, including interviewing witnesses for trial preparation, scene investigations and communicating with the customer’s employer to obtain detailed wage loss information. Like the rest of our team, Lori specializes in automobile accident claim investigation, providing the customer with reassurance that their claim is being handled professionally and fairly. Lori prides herself in her excellent communication skills and her strong work ethic. |
